- Archive smoke (core path)
- dSYMs stored
- Push / deep link / IAP checks if in scope
- A11y smoke (VO + large text) on core path
4. Store & review
- Metadata frozen; What’s New honest
- Privacy / export answers still true
- Review notes + demo account work
- Screenshots match binary for in-scope locales
5. Support & watch
- Known issues note written
- You can watch metrics for the next hours
- Halt criteria if phased release
- Last known good identified
