• Ship factory named (local or CI)

2. Signing & config

• Team / bundle / profile agree
• Prod API host + keys; debug menu off
• Capabilities delta intentional

3. Quality

• Archive smoke (core path)
• dSYMs stored
• Push / deep link / IAP checks if in scope
• A11y smoke (VO + large text) on core path

4. Store & review

• Metadata frozen; What’s New honest
• Privacy / export answers still true
• Review notes + demo account work
• Screenshots match binary for in-scope locales

5. Support & watch

• Known issues note written
• You can watch metrics for the next hours
• Halt criteria if phased release
• Last known good identified
