Fill this before you touch code. Classify, then fix, then resubmit.
1. Classify
- Access / demo / login wall
- Truth (metadata vs binary)
- Policy (IAP, UGC, kids, health…)
- Quality / crash
- Capability / permission justification
2. Evidence
- Guideline IDs quoted
- Reproduce steps on a clean device
- Screenshots/video if helpful
3. Fix surfaces
- Binary change (what/why)
- Metadata / screenshots change
- Review notes delta
- Demo account still works
4. Resubmit
- Resolution Center reply is calm and specific
- No drive-by refactors in the same build
- Release log updated
