Device-cloud testing without a QA team
You cannot buy every device. You can borrow trusted users, a few cloud minutes, and one disciplined external TestFlight group.
One action this week: Create an external TestFlight group named “device-coverage” with at least 3 users on old phones and 1 on a large iPad.

- External TF group with old-OS + iPad users
- Cloud farm minutes for form-factor edge cases
- One beta friend who ignores instructions (reveals onboarding gaps)
What not to do
- Test only on your own daily driver
- Add external users right before submission
- Ignore feedback because “they are not the target user”
